Perceived Organizational Support, OCB and Creative Behaviour among Millennial Generation Start-up Employees

Millennial generation employees were expected to have the ability create and innovate. This will lead creative behaviour particularly when companies support employee welfare which was strengthened by organizational citizenship (OCB). The purpose of this study investigate relationship between as a mediator perceived (POS) for behaviour. number research participants 157 millennial from Indonesian start-up companies.
